Degree in System Engineering from Universidad Politécnica Salesiana del Ecuador; Specialist in Public Procurement Law from Universidad de Castilla - La Mancha (Spain). Currently completing a degree in Accounting & Audit Engineering at Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (eighth semester).

With more than 14 years of experience, her professional practice mainly focuses on technical support and consulting services in public procurement matters. She is in charge of the coordination, as well as the technical and training support during the seminars, workshops, conferences and congresses organized by the group in all the fields covered, i.e. Public Procurement, Administrative Law, Public-Private Partnerships, Competition Law, Business Law, Public Companies, and Corporate Law in general. She is the General Manager of Runachay Rantiy Cía. Ltda.
