Grupo CEAS advised the contractor in charge of the successful construction of the bridges crossing the San Pedro and Chiche rivers, both part of the “Ruta Viva” project connecting Quito to Mariscal Sucre International Airport. It is worth noting that this project has been carried out and completed without any increase in the contract price —even a lower budget than the initial reference budget— and within the timeframe set by the contracting authority, that is with no contractual term extension.
