Grupo CEAS provided legal advisory services throughout the entire process of technological modernization of the ID registration & document issuance system in Ecuador (Registro Civil). Grupo CEAS directly contributed to the awarding of the contract, and also helped to enhance the security and technological features of the system, among other relevant inputs.
